About CWU Scooter Policies
Central Washington (WAC 106-116-856) allows electric scooters on pedestrian malls, sidewalks, walkways, and traffic ways when riders yield to pedestrians and ride prudently, but bans use inside buildings and within 20 feet of entrances/exits.
