About JMU Scooter Policies
JMU allows personal e-scooters but requires bike-rack parking that does not block pedestrians or ADA ramps, and restricts charging e-scooter batteries in residence halls/buildings unless a manager approves. Yield to pedestrians; Bird scooters may not be staged on campus.
