PSU Scooter Rules and Picks
Personal e-scooters are not allowed at PSU — see the official campus policy.
Personal e-scooters not allowed
Published policy indicates personal electric scooters are prohibited on this campus. We do not recommend buying a personal e-scooter for Pennsylvania State University.
Consider a traditional bike, campus transit, walking routes, or other micromobility your school explicitly allows. Confirm details on the official policy page below.
About PSU Scooter Policies
Clear ban on e-scooters. University Police enforces. Recommend bikes/e-bikes that meet PA Act 154 criteria instead, not e-scooters.
