UCA Board Policy 423 allows coasting devices such as scooters on sidewalks when pedestrians get the right of way, but not on vehicle-only roads, in parking lots or inside buildings. UCA Police cite a 15 mph maximum, and electric coasting devices may not be stored in university housing.
