About UMBC Scooter Policies
UMBC requires e-scooter/e-bike registration with Parking Services, riding on roads or designated paths (not parking lots/garages), and upright bike-rack parking that does not block ADA access or entrances. Devices are prohibited inside residence halls and other university buildings.
